In May 2016, the Trade Union Committee of CAFTP was formally established. Over the past seven years, under the correct leadership of the superior party committee, trade union and company party branch, the Trade Union of CAFTP has conscientiously performed its duties, effectively played the role of a bridge and link, combined with the company's actual situation, and continuously innovated ideas and methods. It has achieved good development results in promoting democratic management, improving the quality of employees, and building corporate culture. It has won the titles of “Worker Pioneer” and “Five-Star Workers' Home” awarded by the Taizhou Federation of Trade Unions.
